Welcome to The Essence of Lily.
The following is our salon policy, please read it and respect its contents thank you.
    • All cancellations must be made 24hours prior to appointment date. There is a $25 fee for no-call and/or no-show.
    • Fees for services are non-negotiable unless a coupon is presented.
    • All children must be accompanied and supervised at all times by an adult.
    • There is a $25 fee on any bad checks.
    • All WEAVING SERVICES require a non-refundable $50 DEPOSIT when the appointment is made to secure you service space. The $50 will be subtracted from you total service fee.
      In the event that a cancellation is made, you will forfeit your $50.
    • At “The Essence of Lily” we take pride into giving our clients our very best.  Therefore, if you are not pleased with the services provided to you, you must let us know so we can do minor adjustments. If for some reason you would like a whole new look, you must be ready to pay a whole new price in addition to the first look. Please note that we will give you a look that you have requested.
    • All looks are final with the exception of single braids.  Fallen braid(s) will be replaced within two weeks. Anything beyond the two weeks will be charged.
    • Because we value each and everyone of our clients, there is absolutely no PROFANITY.
    • Any drop-off customer must be picked-up no later than an hour after the service is rendered.
    • All Events (weddings, photoshoots, etc): $75 non-refundable consultation fees per hour in the event that the consultation fees are waived and the client decide to cancel appt. the consultation fees will be deducted accordantly from the down-payment; any overages will be returned to the client and vice versa.
